We stand behind our work. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel a project or request a refund. We aim to be fair, transparent, and easy to deal with at every stage of the process.
We provide a full website preview before any payment is required. This means you can see exactly what you're getting before committing to anything. We encourage you to review the preview carefully and raise any concerns before proceeding.
This commitment exists because we want you to be completely confident in your decision to work with us.
Where a deposit is required, it is used to secure your project slot and begin active work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they represent the time and resources allocated specifically to your project.
We will always confirm the deposit amount and conditions with you in writing before any payment is taken.
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. This is calculated at our standard rate, pro-rated to the work delivered.
Any amount you have already paid in excess of the work completed will be refunded to you within a reasonable timeframe.
Once a website has launched — meaning it is live and accessible — refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied with the final result after launch, please contact us directly. We are committed to working with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after project commencement. We strongly encourage you to review our portfolio and service descriptions before engaging us. If you have any doubts or questions, please ask us before you commit.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a remedy if our services are not provided with due care and skill. The ACL provides a comprehensive set of consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.
